Hi everyone ,
I created this topic for every customers who pay for mining hardware in VMC and didn't get from them anything.
I'm customer who's scammed like many others.
I pay for my order early december 2013 and my refund request was on february 2014
I wish every customer VMC post refund status include date of refund request .
Let's start from me:
I filled refund request in BTC and sent a scanned signed, and other in PDF (to simply copy my BTC wallet without mistakes)
on 28.06.2014 today is 7th day from send but my wallet still empty.

My  story is similar to yours.  Purchased miner December 2013 asked for a refund in March 2014.  Many emails back and forth.  Filled out the form on June 25th, 2014 and nothing has shown up as of yet.
