Mine's pre-assembled and working. Their's is a kit oen can easily screw up and get a failed product assuming one even receives 100% working parts.

Looking at base value of $40, the extra $15 is time / labor plus included S&H when inside the US so on that basis it's fair market value.

I doubt that you would fuck me over for such an amount (screwing up your trust raating) and even if you do, I couldn't care less for that amount. Sooo, no escrow. To much extra hassle. 16$ (you forgot to add shipment) is 0,02778BTC at the moment. Do you agree with that? If so, I will send the BTC to the address in your signature.
