I wonder why my  block download  progress just stuck at block 13 using the lastet v1.3 wallet with the correct dinosaur.conf in the OP while the net sync is fine and the wallet could detect the newest block.

dinosaur.conf is incorrect , please use dinosaurcoin.conf , will be ok .
