I made a fiat currency withdrawal via bank transfer at BTC-E on June 18th, and BTC-E took the service fee immediately from the outward money. However, up till now I have never got this transfer in my bank.

I raised a ticket to their support asking whether their bank has sent it out, and the support replied it was sent out on June 19th. Afterwards I asked the support for several times why I cannot see it in my bank, but no body replied me at all.

Did anyone of you have similiar experience with BTC-E? What advice would you give to me?

Thanks in advance!

Funny. I asked my question to "btc-e.com" in that post, and I even sent message to him, but he didn't reply me at all, exactly the same as their support.

Thanks KimNam again. You are always providing helpful suggestion.  Smiley

As I can see, btc-e.com is online currently. If no further reply from him or their support, I'll go to report the scam in the post you mentioned above.

You may be right as in theory every BTC exchange could be a scam at this moment, but at least I've made fiat currency withdrawal via bank transfer from Bitstamp for several times and I never get any issue.

As to BTC-E, I always credit my account via OKPAY and get no issue, however I made withdrawal via bank tranfer for the first time and got serious issue. I'm worrying that my money will disappear for ever. Now I fully understand why somebody warned others not to use the bank transfer service of BTC-E no matter deposit or withdrawal.

Thanks God I already got my money.  Wink

The service fee is the heaviest one I've ever heard, however since it's listed in the withdrawal page I cannot complain much, but would think BTC-E should remind traders more clearly.
