io inviato documenti il 20 di ottobre e ancora nessuna convalida..e' normale?
ieri ho pure mandato un'email a    compliance@bitfinex.com e ancora nessuna risposta.

Io li ho mandati a meta' settembre, ancora nulla, fai tu... Capisco i tempi lunghi, le molte richieste e tutto quello che vogliono, ma qui i tempi sono biblici oramai...

Riesumo questo thread perché ho visto che - zitti zitti - sti fenomeni di bitfinex hanno aumentato le fee.
Senza poi darne comunicazione via mail - cosa che sebbene non obbligatoria avrebbe quanto meno fatto piacere sapere ed a loro non sarebbe costata quasi nulla.

Non mi riferivo alle fee di btc, parlo di tutte le fee su finex.
Ti sembra normale cambiare fee senza avvisare ? senza nemmeno mandare una mail ?  strada che invece seguono per altri tipi di annuncio e che quindi sarebbe facilmente praticabile ?

2017 was a spectacular year for Bitfinex. We have seen our most optimistic forecasts exceeded and the new year will continue this trend with the addition of numerous high-quality digital assets, new fiat trading pairs, an even faster trading engine, and the launch of Ethfinex.

However, this extreme growth has not come without challenges. In fact, one month ago we decided to temporarily curtail new account registration in a move designed to preserve the trading, support, and verification experiences of our existing, long-term user base.

Today we are pleased to announce the reopening of Bitfinex to new accounts. However, please take note of the new requirements outlined below.

New Account Requirements

Bitfinex is a global liquidity source with a focus on serving professional traders and regional exchanges. We suggest that traders who are new to cryptocurrency trading try another, more straightforward platform first and return to Bitfinex later.

To that end, and to allow us to maintain focus on our core customer base, all accounts created after January 1st, 2018, will have a new activation equity requirement. New accounts will need to deposit fiat or crypto to achieve minimum account equity of 10,000 USD equivalent before they can trade or offer funding. After reaching this minimum, an account becomes fully activated (Note that after this initial activation, account equity is allowed to drop below this activation threshold without consequence).

Existing accounts will not be affected by these changes. This change only affects new accounts.

ho delle crypto su bitfinex ma non le posso prelevare sui rispettivi wallet perche ancora non i hanno autenticato i documenti... (è passato piu' di un mese .)
cè una strada per uscire oppure sono intrappolato nell' exchange??

hai mandato un ticket? Smuovili, anche se adesso, purtroppo, penso che abbiano alcune cose peggiori a cui pensare!Ma siccome è un tuo diritto, manda ticket!
Il problema è che adesso immagino un fuggi fuggi generale dalla piattaforma e forse anche per tornare in fiat...prega che con i ticket ti autentichino velocemente.

scusami, leggendo velocemente avevo saltato la parola wallet  , comunque è uguale...manda ticket a raffica perchè non tira aria buona su bitfinex.

Se non hanno cambiato qualcosa in tempi recentissimi per prelevare le crypto non serve la verifica, quella è solo se c'e' un prelievo fiat di mezzo, quindi dovresti poter prelevare tranquillamente, prova.

Old news... la citazione in giudizio risale al 6 dicembre; naturalmente bloomberg e i media la divulgano nel momento migliore per approfittare del mercato
