OP haven't mentioned any explicit rollover requirement, but he did say you won't get your withdraw without playing.

To prevent abuse, bonus withdrawals will not be paid if:

- You use a throwaway email address like mailinator or mailnesia
- If you have already created and redeemed a bonus
- If you have multiple accounts
- If you withdraw right away without playing a single game
