You obviously did not read the article he linked. The teal things are aircraft fuselages.

As to why they are teal, I can only guess it's due to poor taste (or some particular technical reason).

I think The teal things come here for washing after finishing the world tour . all people are professional washer here who like to wash aircraft fuselages in the river because they love nature!

At first I thought the picture was photoshopped. There is no way three planes would crash in the same area like that and remain completely intact. Then I read the article that pedrog posted.

MISSOULA, Mont. - Clean-up crews in Montana have their work cut out for them Saturday morning as they try to recover Boeing fuselages that crashed into the river on their way to Renton, Washington.

A freight train derailed in western Montana, sending three cars carrying 737, 777, and 747 aircraft components down a steep embankment and into the Clark Fork River.

I'm fairly sure those planes will be scrap now. I very much doubt you can patch it up nor would it be safe to do so.
