This is freaking unbelievable. He got struck by lightning TWICE within 5 seconds of standing up.

As long as it's not positive lightning (a bolt from the blue) a naked person can survive a direct lightning strike. The current will flow harmlessly over the surface of your skin. Too much dental work and you head might explode however...
