lost 44 btc?

Hello, I have an old wallet in MultiBit, yesterday my computer went offline due to a broken power source and the recent receiving address have disappeared after that.
I had 5 addresses until June, in June i created another receiving address and pushed all BTC from another 5 addresses to a new one. So they were 6 until that accident shutdown. Unfortunately, my multibit home directory contains a backup only until June...
I tried to reset Blockchain and transactions, it does recognize one transaction of 21 BTC to that new address but there is no private key for that address.
Is it a final point or there is something I can do?

No, you mentioned your "home directory". To my understanding thats /MultiBit. If you have another understanding you might want to share a path.

So you have no file in /MultiBit/NameOfWallet-data/key-backup ?

Thats odd.

Am I understanding this right? You have that new receiving address in the wallet but there is no private key to it?

If you open the .wallet with wallet-key-tool does it import only the address (without key) or does it not import the address at all?

Before you do anything please make a copy of the entire folder and also make a copy of any log files you find to a safe location to avoid damaging any files or losing any valuable information that might help reconstructing what exactly happened.

Private keys aren't put in the log file. The OP needs a wallet, wallet backup or private key backup.

I know that. I told him to check in logfile as there might be some info about the last works in multibit.

Do like this, you may get it:
Go to roaming, multibit, multibit data : you can see roll key backup or something like that( I don't remember the name correctly ) .
