Hi, Id like to buy some coins ASAP to shore up my bitocinica account. Unfortunately all I have is paypal but I have a good transaction history on this board. I borrowed and repayed 500 bitcoins.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
