change the port (not the rpc port). Try using the same port as skype (remember to close down skype if you have it).

I really don't know what the problem is. Everyone else seems to have no problem with connecting to the nodes.
I ran a diagnostic of the network health, and it is outstanding. I must conclude that the problem is at your end, but a lack of information and a semi-"language barrier" makes it very difficult to help you.
Try and contact your ISP, they might be able to help you.

All I can think of that might work it to delete all the things except for the wallet.dat, and try again with the reindex command and without the node I mentioned in the last page.

If that doesn't work then I'd say your ISP or even Russia itself blocks the port used by whirlcoin...
