If you have connection issues, try and check that port and see if it's open for you

if anyone can compile cpu-miner win64, this current is very weak: for i3 (win64) have such power as to dualcore linux cpu miner from source ;[[[
there is probably a lack of minimum SSE2 instructions in cpu wines miner

Xeon X3430 > 500kh/s (linux build)
DualCore E5800 > 333kh/s (linux build)
Xeon E3-1220 V2 > 260kh/s (win64 binare??? in whrl thread - a relatively powerful processor, a hash is a terrible)
maybe this is a win32 build? :/
