And that is all cool, but for the people that still needs to trade BTC for fiat, we are trying to provide a service the best we can. There are companies and professionals that have to exchange the bitcoins they earn to USD to pay suppliers, etc. I am of the basic intrinsic idea than you, however, for now, exchanging is a need.

Why don’t you just offer a free first deposit with absolutely no fee at all for new users for a period of time (say one day)? You might even get a larger deposit and repeat customers instead of people just trying to get free money.

Thank you for the advice, but we cannot offer that at this time since most of that fee goes to our cash processor, and for large deposits it would be wayyy too expensive. I will consider running a different contest though with 100% free rate up to a certain deposit. That might work .
