Is this a good rate ? I'm using "GUIMiner v2012-02-19"

How can I improve it ? I'm a newb and i'm not too sure how.

Thanks for the reply,

But, Maybe I should have mentioned I'm no computer whiz and without a GUI i'm dead in the water.

....

So aside from investing in some ATI video card(s) and learning a new language (non-GUI interface = new language to me).
Can you or someone else offer some other helpful advice for me ?

Really not much to tell you.  Using a non-ATI is borderline not worth the electricity it costs to mine in the first place, really as simple as that.
About "non GUI commands".  It seems like it would be hard at first, but a lot of that you can simply set up in a config file (fill out info in a txt file) and then click a bat to run. 
You could instead mine a CPU based alt coin, but you're going to need quite a bit of currency to ever equal one BTC.

Quite seriously, Switch to cgminer, I get better hashrates with it because it chooses (what it believes) is the best settings for your gpu (other than intensity)

The values are ok, but mining on nvidia gpus is such a waste of energy.
