Bu conf dosyasında yanlış olan ne?

Merhaba,
bu config dosyası ile çalışmak istediğimde aşağıdaki gibi bir hata alıyorum fakat conf dosyasında bir yanlışlık yok gibi duruyor. Yardımcı olabilecek arkadaşlara şimdiden teşekkürler.
