I want buy a dead 5970 graphic card or only the board without hsf. The board must remain original and has not physical damage. Artifact or dead one GPU or dead both GPU will be OK. I have just need the board without damage.

I'll bite.  I have a dead 5970, intact (still has the heatsink attached currently).  Used the fan on another card.  It'll cost me to ship, so I'll offer it up for US80 being less than your 100, but more than my pissing around time/effort.  I will have to put the screws back into the backing plate.

I have three 5970s that both cores are detected on and will start mining but one core dies fairly quickly. I will sell them for $200 each. PM me if interested.
