http://newsbtc.com/2014/07/07/isis-blog-global-jihad/This allows our brothers stuck outside of the ardh Dawlatul-Islam to avoid government taxes along with secretly fund the mujahideen with no legal danger upon them.
This system has the potential to revive the lost sunnah of donating to the mujahideen, it is simple, easy, and we ask Allah to hasten it’s usage for us. say goodbye to the next bubble, expect more regulation now this is a video of ISIS in iraq http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=5b0_1402690909

Time to dump Mohammed porn in the blockchain?
That's a good idea, with respect to Islamic terrorism. Anything that would be considered offensive by the fanatical Muslims would do, like some Mohammed cartoons which angered millions of Muslims in several countries a couple of years ago. OTOH this could deter adoption by non-fanatical Muslims too, so benefits and drawbacks must be weighted first. PS. I quoted a post that got deleted very soon...

Sometimes, if it looks too bullish, it's actually bearish

This is a crisis period for Bitcoin... Only Gavin is working on upgrades" @39'30'
this is in addition to the Peter Todd selling of all his bitcoins after the Ghash timebomb. so much for that next bubble... I have 2 things to say to you: 1. With what money they pay terorists now? Dollar...Dollar was and is #1 currency used for fucked up things and it was and is still world reserve currency...this is not valid argument for bitcoin to not succeed...How can you track cash? Cash is 100% anonymous, Bitcoin is pseudonymous, there is a big difference. I think it is just you and othes like you, WISHING Bitcoin to not succeed. 2. You obviously don't want next bubble to happen because of your own motives, so welcome to my ignore list, i am not big fan of people / kids / trolls like you For everyone: ask yourself - If Dollar is the world #1 currency for drugs, murders and so on, why is Dollar still here? Nobody ever said "Dollar is fucked up because terorrists can pay with it". Why are some people saying this about Bitcoin then? Because they are scared of things they don't fully understand and because they are just stupid

Tbh, considering the difficulty of being totally anonymous with Bitcoin and the strong evidence of ISIS being supplied and trained by the US then this sounds a lot like a honeypot.
honeypot? which? Bitcoin or ISIS? or the US?

Maybe you should ask the same of every US taxpayer since they're using US made weapons. Short much Yomofo? As bitcoin is traceable (whatever you may read on anonyimity) - much more so than fiat, I imagine that ISIS potentially choosing to use bitcoin is an NSA wet dream.

It was a joke. But ISIS = Sunni group working for the SUNNI energy power houses. The Same countries the U.S / Petro-dollar supports militarily. Saudi doesn't want Iran / Syria / Iraq / Russia competing with them. But OMG terrorists.... if only things were that simple

I think it is a NSA wet dream too... i mean like DUH!!!
But.. he only wanted to troll... he only wanted to put forward the BAD side.. (read his posts, he's been going on about fucking China until June 14..FFS)
He also neglected to include the last paragraph of the article he linked to and quoted from... only including bearish sentiment quotes...
The last para:
"Despite the potential seen in the digital currency by ISIS members (which is surely something most in the bitcoin community would like no involvement in), the U.S. Government, is said to be conducting counter-terrorism investigations with regard to bitcoin and virtual currencies."
See? Everything is fine you silly bear. Now go and troll somewhere else.

So, anyone who sells bitcoins now is probably selling their coins directly to terrorists! Everyone must hold so they don't obtain any coins. Anyone who sells or sends coins to terrorists is a terrorist himself and must be prosecuted.

ISIS and criminals prefer Euros for portability, clean newish €500 notes worth around $680 each, made of cotton fibre which pack down real tight in a compressed wad, $1million is just 8 inches thick. USD are close second, and Bitcoin isnt even on radar, the story is pure manufacture. Almost no one in Syria / Iraq will have heard of bitcoin. Hell my good Australian friend, who I visited recently and who is computer literate hadn't heard of Bitcoin.
