Bitcoin buying via bank transfer

Hello!
Anybody can sell Bitcoins if Ill send fiat money to bank account of organization? Transfer will be realized from Russia, will be necessary source documents (I mean invoice and acceptance certificate) for the transaction, the economic justification will be agreed.
