I prefer using Chrome. It just suits my liking with its layout.

firefox with noscript and HTTPS everywhere.

Basically Tor browser bundle, but without Tor Smiley

Just keep away from IE and you will be fine. In this moment IE is the worst possible option. Use Firefox or chrome and you will be just fine. I prefer Chrome.

I know both Chrome and Firefox have a built-in anti-virus, but in all seriousness, go with a standalone one if you even care about your computer.
