PayPal Login Faild. Help!!

I was trying to login my PayPal account with my username - st*******@y****.com for making payment to register a hosting plan from http://waxspace.com
I am bit confused with the problem that i am facing is because of my PayPal account or is there any problem from the Web hosting companies payment getway.
Please help me as soon as possible.
