Yes, because the fraud projects are killing this industry. The new wave of investors arrives and wants to make profit, they are entering any scam projects, are losing funds yelling that the whole industry is a scam and quitting.

Why can ICO kill Cryptocurrency? I know that ICO is a risky venture and ETH is an example of success. I think ICO is one of the factors that helped Crypto attract investors and make Crypto progress, I do not believe it could kill Crypto.
