Since this is a mixture of "press", along with general news and trading discussion, I wasn't sure of the official place to put this thread.
Today in the mail I received this information. The English translated page was tightly glued to the front of the envelope and so yeah, it took some time to separate this apart, haha.
Basically, this just appears to be an equivalent of what we'd see in the US via a settlement website, or other "official" channel of a company's court proceedings. This is showing that Gox is indeed, bankrupt.
I'd imagine that anyone else who traded on the exchange has received similar notification but I wanted to make sure it's out there to let people have some transparency as to what is continuing on with Gox long after they've closed.
