OP or people commenting should put something on table ?
OP is putting 20% on table.. and his idea..

someone in this thread is just supposed to help it sounds like...

I'm partially responsible here.  Just trying to say that they need to offer more to attract the right talent.  Well funded startups have trouble attracting top talent with 6 figure salaries.

Are you only looking for one person? I'm fairly confident that I'm applicable for this but I would like more details.
