First thing you need to do is, don't open anything related to gambling, not even to have a look. It's very hard, but do it if you want to quit.

It also helps to talk with other people that had a gambling addiction in the past, they can tell you exactly what to do, even though every person is different.

Keep yourself busy with stuff, do you have a hobby? Or go to the gym, just anything to clear your mind.

There''s a number of hotlines you can call (at least in the U.S there are).  I would say tell people close to you so they can hold you accountable.  Also, many sites have a self ban that you can ban yourself from betting online.  Make it so your money (at least large amounts) isn't easily accessible.  That's all I can think of off the top of my head

Learn about odds and math in depth.  Learn about EV (expected value) - every -ev bet you make is a loser its just results orientated thinking confusing you.  Also learn about sharp and square betting if you into sports.

After all that if you are still betting large without an edge then you basically hate yourself and are on self destruct so you need therapy. Or you think about life in a temporary way and need to learn postponed gratification.
