Well, I guess this is the end of Mintpal.
It used to care about value.
Now it is adding some shit coins insted of those that bring some actual innovation (like VOOT, but not only VOOT).
What do you think? Which exchange will emerge as a new leader now that Mintpal is over?

It's usually a bad sign what happened with Mintpal this week. I hope the won't just disappear with people's money at some point like some other exchanges did after their downfall started.

I guess this is the end of Mintpal. I am willing to bet on this if someone is willing to escrow.

mintpal going downhill fast, what a bunch of clowns adding a coin called ISIS... furthermore the sad thing is some coins really have things going for them and they add the next scamcoin...took most of my btc out of greedpal and went to bittrex.

Good job mintpal , within  5 months you managed to turn into a bunch of assholes worse or equal to cryptsy...you should be ashamed of yourselves...may this kind of stuff cost you a lot of fee's you will not be getting..you  deserve it greedpal...

It's not even the fact Mint added a new coin that bothers me, it is the fact ISIS is most likely another quick 3-day POW, low coin count gimmicky scam coin from Carsen Klock.

Mintpal is a good place to do some trading, they will delete those non-active coins once in a while so it should be good Smiley

Mintpal is one of the best exchange,no need to spread fud.

It was few weeks ago, but it no longer is. Look at the recent addition. Mintpal used to equal prestige, but it no longer is. Any shitcoin can be there now. And few weeks ago being added to Mintpal meant something. It was proof of quality. And now? Instead of coins like VOOT and few others they are adding shitcoins.

To me the sign Mintpal is dying or no longer relevant is when they added UROcoin and the market shrugged it off and continued volume trading on Bittrex.

Also it didn't help that MP has now earned the reputation that when a coin gets added to Mintpal, it will 90% of the time end in a dump. If you're the average person, why would you want to keep trading on a platform you know you will lose money on?

Mintpal is still very much alive and well. It's probably the best exchange out there.
