Blah blah blah, how many times have we seen alt coins claiming "truly anonymous!" "untraceable!!"

Hopefully this will be the last time, as BCN is the reason we have anonymous transfer to begin with.  This IS the originator of anonymous cryptocurrency.  Smiley

Stupid or naive, which one are you? First of all, no current technology provides 100% anonymity. You are always one of x individuals, so any anonymity is probabalistic at best. Second, your ip , numbnuts. Blockchain anonymity is rendered meaningless if your ip isn't obfuscated. Finally, do not underestimate "big brother". Your hardware has backdoors, so if you are doing something you shouldn't be, something as silly as Bytecoin won't save your ass.

Thanks for your input, now whether I am stupid or naive, huh, maybe a bit of both.  Smiley

There are ways to "obfuscate" (good word BTW) your IP address.  I'm sure you have heard of Tor by the content of your response, so I won't talk down to you.

Big Brother has some serious funding and a collective IQ that greatly exceeds my own.  With that said, there are going to be back doors into everything, but at least the BCN blockchain isn't directly out in the open like BTC.

While I feel that a lot of BTC's success has to do with their transparency, some are looking for a bit more anonymity in their transactions.

I like TRON.
