I was wondering how come members that are no longer active are still in the default trust list?  for example Kouye is on that list and he hasnt been here since march, he should be taken off.

Even if they are inactive they each have users they've trusted which can leave trusted feedback viewable by anyone with default depth level (2). Also I don't see Kouye on default trust, funny enough MagicalTux(mark karpeles) is on it though.

Not necessarily. theymos can change the persons he trusts and the persons "Defaulttrust" (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=122551) trusts.

If your trust depth is set to 2 (the default), you will trust feedback by people you trust, people they trust, and people they trust.

For example, though Stunna is not directly trusted by "Defaulttrust" or theymos, he is trusted by Tomatocage and escrow.ms, and both of them are trusted by "Defaulttrust".
So, if you trust "Defaulttrust" (the default), you will trust all Stunna's feedback.

Default trust itself doesn't change often, though it has and probably will from time to time. The extended default trust network (the people on trust list of default trust members) itself has minor changes fairly regularly as people on the list add and remove people.

Like yeah yeah the forum isnt responsible or needs to hold hands.. but if someone is a known scammer why the forum facilitate them scamming further, if they desired ?

it would take someone 5 minutes to remove the scammers...  I'm sure we all know them by heart.

Magicaltux/Ukyo no longer showing for me on default, perhaps Theymos saw this and removed? I'm quite sure I saw them under default when I made that post.

IMHO it would be nice to get ahold of elchorizo and mobile and ask them to remove TradeFortress.  There's an ironic situation currently where if you have trust depth at lev 2 you see tradefortress at -625.  But then if you bump it to depth=3, tradefortress goes to -950 AND all of a sudden you trust him.  Seems weird to both lower his rep by 300 points and put him in the trustworthy circle in the same action.
