what is the cheapest money in money out btc atm? I would really appreciate the help before i waste money on a money in only machine. I have a spot to put it

I know that the local crew (Portland, OR) has an ATM unit selling for $999 but it isn't a money in/out type of deal.  Only money in.  But they are portable which is cool.  Doubt robo-coin's would meet your requirements either at $30,000 a pop.  Perhaps lemassu (sp?)

ATM is worth 1k$ and nothing more, since all you need is money acceptor/validator, simple tablet with android and custom app running all the time. You can produce it yourself for 1k$.

Take BTC for your local business - issue change in dollars - you could in effect act as the 'money out'.
