Justin--not sure what you mean about the 'knock on the door'.
We had to give up the 'buy bitcoins' service because the banks kept shutting our accounts without giving us reasons and it was taking all our resources just to keep setting up new accounts. We preferred to refer out to
localbitcoins for that so we could come back to our main focus (besides, bitcoins SHOULD be decentralised in our opinion so that governments and banks can't just shut down a few vendors and halt trading).
This products section has been a year or more in the making and I'm so glad we are back on focus!
