Would it be good for vaporizing weed also, or is it suitable only for these e-cigarette cartriges?
The vaping chamber is for eliquids, it does not vapourize anything else, though I suppose it would work with a cannabis based eliquid too.

You mean that vaporizers for weed are hard to find? I'm unfamiliar with manually vaping weed, though I think I saw it in a vice documentary.
