I have 16 units in stock today. For the price in btc please use the coinbase btc/usd exchange rate at time of payment.

For example with shipping to USA:

$600 + $105 (shipping) = $705

705/617 (btc/usd exchange rate) = 1.142 btc

reject ratio is way too high, lower your overclock

Ok, on the version of rockminer webUI I am using the frequency clock is on auto tune so it increases and decreases according to the speed. The webUI can be upgrade via SSH and on the newer version you can control freq yourself.
