cgminer crashes immediately after cmd prompt pops up

I spent 4 hours last night studying this problem reading every forum i could find. I did find a few things i tried i will go over them in this article but first i want to explain what i believe my root issue is.

First and foremost I put a pause after my script because with out it I would have never been able to reach this conclusion. I tried to run the cgminer.exe directly from the cmd prompt and it comes back saying it cannot locate cgminer.exe or just cgminer. After i put the pause in it would appear saying that it couldnt locate the file therefore it stopped running.

More technical information;
   Radeon hd 6800 series
   Installed APP SDK
   Cgminer version attempts, 3.7, 4.3, 3.1
   Windows 7

Also if it means anything, my initial problem was stated that my computer didnt have opencl.dll file so i installed that and that prompt went away.

Put your cgminer in the c drive and write your file like this

c:\cgminer\cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://<poolname>:<port> -u Bossbee.user -p password


but sgminer is superior and you should be using that anyway . . . same setup
