Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I run this website. And I think the future prospect of running a long-term successful and profitable business is stopping me from running away in the short term.

Actually not quite the same, in my game, you must guess a specific close price for the next trade day.

And those people whose guess is closest to the actual close can get up to double their wager. (minus 2% of the profit as service fee), please check FAQ section on my site for details of game rule.
