I got two ANXBTC red cards (UnionPay) and i have received them but they didn't came with a pin number so I cannot use them on any ATM (i am being asked for a pin every time, if i don't enter the correct one, the transaction is cancelled). Same happens on shops. Most of shops in my country ask for a pin when paying.

Sent a mail to support but no answer yet.

Lost money?

You're suppose to run the transaction as if it was a Credit Card. (No pin)

It varies from country to country, but all Credit and Debit Cards usually have PINs.
The problem above has been resolved.
