Transaction Type (per transaction)   Fee Deducted from
ATM Withdrawal $2.75   Debit Card
ATM Withdrawal Decline $1.25 Debit Card
POS Purchase $1.50 Debit Card
POS Purchase Decline $0.20 Debit Card
Monthly Fee N/A N/A
Card Load Fee $5 USD+2.5% of total amount ANX Account
Card Unload Fee $10 USD Debit Card

Thank you for that. It was impossible to get that information here.

Either you guys dont understand me or you are intentionally dodging very simple questions:
Is the issuer of the cards levying any additional fees or using different exchange rates than Visas official one?

Only visa official ones when i said bank rates i was refering to visa rates.
Regards

I wonder what surprises you guys have up your sleeve next.
Maybe the 3% currency conversion fee mBank is charging?

Hmm... I don't think so, but I am not going to promise anything, since I'm just a support member. I personally hope they don't add any more fees.
Fees and other information is available in the ANXPRO FAQ, or you can just ask me.

A little more details like limits and fees would be great, before one signs up for something.

Also no fees for withdrawing cash from ATMs?

The limits would be the amount of currency that you have loaded onto the card, and the only fee is 2.5% of the amount you load onto the card. The card will only cost $10 USD.

FFS:
1. The cards cost 25$ now.
2. There is a 3300$ limit.
3. There is a maximum cash withdrawal limit of 200$ per day.
4. ATM fee is 2.75$.
5. There is a 3% currency conversion fee.

What kind of business are you guys running?!?
Did your customers know about this? Shocked

I'm very sorry about this, but I've been passing along new information to you guys as it becomes available. I was mislead too.
Details weren't correct back then. I apologize for the inconvenience.

no problem, but I´ve also read on one of the earlier thread pages that you planned to introduce additional
currencies.

I think except from me also many other users from Europe would be interested in this  Wink

I'd be interested too, and be assured, I will inform you guys when that happens. I'm from Europe too!
Sadly, the card with the ANX design is out of stock right now. All we got is cards with a design from the issuer.
For those of you who don't know, the card reloading GUI is now up.

LOL
Have you even read through the topic?
I was inquiring several times about fees and limits since they said all it takes is 2.5% and they didnt have a clue or simply lied.
Now assuming those boxes on facebook carried 1000 cards(very moderate estimate):

And they claim they have sold several batches already.
What this means is they have scammed thousands of users, while i havent had a single complaint in over a year.
Please check the facts before you post nonsense.

Edit: At least im not lying to my customers and levy extra fees and shipping costs.
Anyway im out, as this was never intended as advertisement for my cards, i was simply astonished how they do it without fees from the issuing bank.

So why are you talking shit on this topic as same as tmcc... well it was weird until i saw you signature advertising your own "debit" cards https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=216629 which ones i can advice are very risky coming from an online anonymous forum user .
I really hate the kind of persons like you, talking trash on competition, and you anx guys, should be proud to have guys like this one posting here, because that means that the anx card is way better and thats why they are "attacking".

I just had a business and the same happened to me, ..dont worry.

Edit: which ones i just saw, the cards from bernard cost "Minimum order amount is 2 cards for 55€, 250€ for 10 and 2300€ for 100 including shipping.
If you want to buy more, please PM me for a quote."

So he was acting like the price of anx cards was high and he is selling expensive cards and minimum order is "2".    Cheesy

Now, please respect each other. We are doing 2 different things, and there is no need to hate each other just for that.

LOL

This is exactly what I was asking about you fucking scammer, you should all be thrown in jail for misleading and lying to sell your shitty cards.

I have specifically asked how is it logical that there is only a 3300$ limit and if I could then spend the whole 3300$ and reload the card instantly multiple times (which would effective circumvent the limit so what is the point to begin with).

In any case thanks to bernard for exposing the scam and saving me 25$, I will look into your card as well (as many other people will do too) instead of spending time and money dealing with these lying scammers.

Scamming is basically stealing people's money. We are not doing that. I kindly ask you to stop false accusations without proof.

Well no, we are not doing that. The details have simply been changed, and the customer knows that before he/she buys the card. So no, we are not scamming, and please stop with these ridiculous accusations.

That example is just absurd, you should know that in every country you cant just withdraw hundreds and hundreds of dollars from a atm, and as your words, you dint bought the card so why the complain? you dint receive anything unexpected because you dont even bought it how can it be a scam? see the definition of scam byt411 just wrote, and besides of you that dint buy it , we dont have any single complain from users who really bought the card. thankyou.

Hello,

Just to inform, as following the article crypto coin news just released talking about the bitcoin debit cards fees. http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/news/fees-killing-bitcoin-debit-card-dream/2014/08/04

There you can see that our card has many advantages over xapo one.

Xapo fees

Anx pro fees

As you can see xapo withdrawal fee goes from $3.50 to $4.50 , ours is $2.75.

our card does not have monthly fee or card replacement fee among others.

ANX review:

ANX Customer Support: From my experience, they are very friendly and responsive. I had quite a lot of questions before ordering the Card and always received an friendly (and constructive) answer within 24 hours.

ANX Website: Well takes quite a bit of getting used to (at least for me), once you understand that ANXBTC.com, ANXPRO.com and anxinternational.com are all connected its quite easy to use.

ANX Trading experience: Overall the liquidity is rather good, trade engine is smooth and instant, Fees are OK but not that good (0.3% limit order, 0.6% market order), only bad thing is (IMO) that there is no way to see the exchanges trade history (personal history only is visible)

ANX DebitCard: It delivers what they promise, nothing more nothing less. If you are OK with the rather high fees (but that is quite normal with credit/debit cards) and the initial cost of ordering, then its a great thing. Personally though I find that ANX should be more open with the fees (as well as that there is a 3000$ annual limit), that could be a bad surprise for those that did not do proper searching before ordering.

My experience with ANX and the Debit Card:

First of, over all I am very satisfied with ANX.
I opened an account at ANX and submitted my verification documents. Next day already I received an e-mail that my verification was excepted and that an validation code has been send via traditional post service to the address I submitted for verification. <<< Note: The account is not yet verified before you receive that code.
Even though I had not yet received the verification code I could already order the Debit card, which I did. As I live in South America and the Card is sent from Hong Kong, it took 3 weeks until I received it. Funny thing is, the verification code was sent from Brasil (neighboring country from where I live) but had not yet arrived when I received the Card.
I then sent ANX support a email with a picture of the card and the Letter and asked them to manually verified my account, which they agreed to and immediately verified my account.

Loading the card took an additional two business days, so its not instant as I had hoped for, but two business days isn't to bad.

Next day, after receiving confirmation that the card had been loaded, I made a test withdraw at a ATM and it worked flawless, no problem at all.
