Tor is slow and only useful for people doing doggy stuffs.

Use Hola plugin for peer to peer version of vpn.

Is it ipsec or atleast encrypted ? Alot of VPN are not and people do not relies.

ipsec is not openvpn
Please, read better about these and what's the difference before asking such questions.

And yes, openvpn is encrypted, otherwise it wouldn't make any sense.

How is that possible if you're sending encrypted packets?
