NODE aka NXTL is written from Scratch using Node.JS - Not a FORK of NXT - Brand new Coin!

Quote
Main Thread >>>> LINK

THIS IS THE PUPPET REMOVAL COMPLAIN THREAD

This is the place where:

○ You can submit a complaint!
○ Your complaint will be examined by the NODE COMMITTEE
○ You Will get a decision, about the associated accounts!

To speed things up, the committee will have access to a google Spreadsheet & Document! The spreadsheet will be available to the community for everyone to view the results! And the document will be available only to the committee, to protect the integrity and privacy of our members. The Document will contain all the proof and comments regarding the associated accounts! After verifying the provided info, the committee members will: Sustain or Reject the accusation! The votes will be counted and the majority and the decision will be marked by the majority!

The process

○ A complaint can be submitted either by posting in this thread your explanation of why you were wrong accused, the giving situation that made you create more accounts, or intention that was misunderstood! Also don't mind to attach useful info, that the Committee can find useful in the decisional process!
○ Also if you prefer you can pm us, if you wan't to keep your situation private!
○ The Complaint will be registered under a CASE #! Which will be included in to the spreadsheet, for the committee to examine!
○ You will be able to verify the outcome of your case in the public spreadsheet link

 - Committee interaction with the case:
○ The members will have access to a document that will contain: Proof of association mainly by IP, your case request, and access to the Log Server to verify and validate the proof. Also they will access this thread and any other information, that will prove your value to the community, like interaction, activity, etc.

○ They will form an opinion and vote according to it!

Added: Node representatives that answered our request are :dzarmush      hypersire      schnötzel      patmast3r   ! They will judge each case!

It is not secret anymore that our team used the IP Log in order to spot the puppets! But as we stated this method isn't 100% sure to identify them!

It will highlight the associated accounts by IP, but not the relationship between them! It is the same thing as sending a payment from one wallet!
But at the same time it spotted a multitude of associated accounts by IP! As an example there was a Chinese user that created 45 puppets, using the same IP address! But until we showed him that, he stated that the accusation was a lie!

Situation witch the committee will decide:
- The Common Tor Idea - Even if you used tor to hide your presence, don't forget about the LOG! If you have multiple accounts and you logged into all of them consecutively, you will be treated as a puppet master! Just one situation for example, the same things refers to VPN!
- Relationship between accounts - declaring that this or those accounts were made for my friends/colleagues/family will be decided by the committee depending of your value to the committee. But as a reference i think that the community will give favor for those that have 1,2 associated accounts!

That will be it for the moment!

If you guys have any ideas on how to make this method better, or to add your 2 cents, don't hesitate to post it in the thread!

Thank you for your patience, and if you consider that your reputation was affected, we apologize, and we will make sure do do it public after we finish with this step.

Also i would like you to know, that we don't have grudges agains you! We are just trying to make this coin a success and if we allow people to have multiple hidden accounts, it will only harm the coin! We are looking to protect their as well as your investment! Hope you understand!

P.S.

Recently there were some Myths that appeared on the Main Thread, so i think its time To invite Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman to BUST THEM OUT:

○ Myth 1: The devs will keep the coins from the Puppet removal

No way guys, as it was initially  established - The Community / Member FUND is 60% of Total 1B! And it will stay that way!

                                         Myth BUSTED

○ Myth 2: NODE is not a inovational Idea

We are the first to implement this technology in the crypto! And if you think that node.js is not innovative... then my friend you are not well informed, for starters check these pages: WIKI & NODEJS.org

Hi, my account is labeled like puppet  P66.
Me, and my wife are stakeholders (labeled as P66-2accounts)

I paid stake from my btc addres, and i send money to her btc addres so that she can join to the project.
Same thing i did on NEM (first i ask UF).

((if i was a puppet i would send money from my btc address to some exchange and then send money to new btc address))

I'm active on this forum and also this thread, and she is active to.
I belive in this coin and i'm not a puppet.

please consider this.

Regards, Mladen

Hey guys!  Puppet Master 88 (P88) here.  I've been identified along with the account created by my fiance (GatorJMT).  I don't think anything fancy had to be done to track us down as the IP address is probably identical.  I would ask that you remove the puppet designation from both accounts, we are both active in the Crypto community (I am VERY active) and would appreciate this concession.

If you need any further proof that we both exist and have ownership of our respective accounts, let me know what that might be and I will do my best to quickly comply.

Best Regards,

Hi guys, just noticed on nxtl.eu that theres a problem with our stakes. Actually I still dont know how many stakes one person can claim. We missed out on NEM but were glad to see that there was a REAL competitor in NXTL. I thought that that you could pay for a partner too, similar to NEM. She is ZTP62(1067).. We have a flatmate too who is also really enthusiastic about the newstyle cryptocurrencies, she is smartbomb (1076). My member number is 1171.

I am really sorry if we broke any rules. We have been telling everybody about what we are doing and all 3 of us meet loads of people daily through work and our social life. its a real dissapointment to have our stakes taken off us but if thats the rules then so be it.

The crazy thing is that we all have a computer each but we thought it would be ok to use the same one.  We didnt realise that the stakes would be scrutinized so much.

We would be grateful if some leniency was shown by you guys. We will keep our fingers crossed.

There should be an odd number of committee members: 3, 5, 7. Otherwise we can vote 50/50.

It´s not that simple. I say "fairness" in this case can´t be a judgement based on 67/33 % majority (That´s the case if there are 3 judges).   With 5 (60/40%) and 7 (57/43%) judges it´s even worser.
With 4 judges there is a 75/25 majority. ( btw. we need 9 judges with a 7/2 result to get a tiny better 77,77% majority)

result: Fairest and realizable judgement will be with 4 judges.

Or i´m wrong?

Following your logic the best number of judges is 1 Smiley 100% majority, what can be better.

What would we do if we split 50/50?

"Following your logic the best number of judges is 1 Smiley 100% majority, what can be better....."

 Cheesy

But with only 1 judge there´s no majority

edit2:

I´m hoping we will have 100% with 4 judges in general  Smiley

Btw I've found NEMoon and BitEugene labeled. I can vouch for both. I got them into cryptocurrencies after I made a few bucks and saw the potential. BitEugene is my best friend. I know him since 12 or so. Over 19 years by now. NEMoon is my partner. We run photography business together since 2004. We all invested in Nxt, Qora, bought stakes in Nem and Node and many other currencies. So they're two different people not one with two accounts.

What's your position, by the way? )

That's mine:
1. Unlabel all groups of 2 people without questioning. If anybody wanted to make puppets he wouldn't stop with just one and would make at least 5-10. Also there is absolutely not any chance to prove that 2 account are puppets, not family/friends/roommates.
2. Check IPs of groups of 3 people. Unlabel everybody with Tor/Corporate/Education IPs.
3. Take a closer look on groups of 4-5 people with Tor IPs. If they didn't sign up to 4-5 accounts in a raw within few minutes unlabel them also.
4. PM all other people and ask them to explain how come they have the same IP as people in their groups.
5. See how it goes and think what to do.

If devs have more evidences than IPs we need to take them into consideration of course.

Hello,

please remove the puppet tag from me and my roomate (P91). Don't know what/how to prove any more...I'm the Bitcoin enthusiast and he's just trying out with the one or other hint I give him.
If you need any more information, please let us now.

Also sorry for getting angry on the main thread. I just thought everything was already decided and got the feeling to get scammed again.

Hi,

I got deleted from stakeholderlist because of beeing a sockpuppet of Momimaus.
I am not. Momimaus stated that already by PM to koop4u.
I am just his girlfriend.
This wasn´t a stake for family, I am a unique person. Just take a look at my posts and stuff.
Can´t say more, I am just pissed of cryptos more and more.
