This coin has direction and a dev. just need to build up the community a little more and we're golden here.

The shop integration into the wallet itself blows any VPN or tor network out of the water. VPN and TOR are not 100% anon, but this wallet shop could be.... Imagine buying "packs" of BTC from a merchant through the shop for KOOL? It's an anon exchange!!!!

People who aren't thinking about this are really going to be at a loss.... Waiting for the 'click' of the light bulbs going off in people's heads.

Anybody else having issues depositing koolio into your coin-swap account?  I have had a transaction stuck at 4/10 conformations since Monday and 5:30 PM and more transactions that were sent that night before I stopped auto-sending them to coin-swap. All the transactions have confirmed through the network. They are stuck somewhere in coin-swaps system. Is anyone else having similar issues?

we're on block ~28040. It should switch at block 43200. I guess it's taken longer with the massive diff spikes and no hashrate to eat through the blocks and I bet the dev calculated the time per block.

43200 blocks x 1 minute block time = 43200 minutes / 60 = 720 hours / 24 = 30 days.

Addition: if 28040 = 30days, then 43200 = 46-47 days. That's not 100% accurate due to fluctuations and variables. So we have another 2 weeks left of mining 50's. The total coins in circulation will remain the same, we're just behind schedule by two weeks.

No problem to help you out, I'll always help a community member if I can, but I'm not part of the KOOL team so my knowledge is limited purely to function of the coin. So idk about bittrex.

Yes, the reward will definitely drop to 10 KOOL/block. It's coded that way and I'm 100% sure. Using the codes he used, it would be impossible to say it would be 30 days of mining 50's, he used a calculation to arrive at a "projected" 30 days. If we'd looked earlier in the github like when mining first started, we still wouldn't have caught this unless we calculated the diff algo into the block times - which i'm not up for, so it's not really his fault unless he knew the difficulty swings would be so wild that the time would increase, which I doubt.

The fastest way to get to 43200 is slowly build up the hashrate and maintain the constant upward trend in hashrate at a reasonable pace. Or have the dev change the code to block 30000. That would mean there's only 1.5 million coins out when the 50's end, but would shave off 10 days off of 50's and increase everyone's value, including the premine. But this would eventually catch up to the BTC:KOOL price curve so it's not that big of an increase for very long. Note that it wouldn't affect the total coin cap either, but dev would have to recalculate the amount of blocks for the 10's.

Consider the additional two weeks of 50's an extension for opportunity, to spread the KOOL.

Then no one says anything for weeks. The hash rate drops to nothing. Then the devs drop a paragraph and go on there merry way. I like hearing from you Halofire, but at this point the devs need to make it known that they still exist.

Agreed. Again, I have no affiliation to this coin. I am pro-crypto in general so I spread the knowledge I have when people ask questions, I feel it's my job to educate so people get smarter about their investments. I hope you learned how to read the codes at github from my little 'lesson'. Search "subsidy" to find the code I told you about at github to find it easier for the next time. You can find hidden premines and super blocks like this too.

I fear the worst for this coin though, unless the dev recalculated the time and knows when to come back. But still, I know where you're coming from, we'd like to know he's still here - even if he's still playing the "under the radar" game as the coin was made to be.

I do believe that this coin has a future. The trade volume per day has gone up from what is has been recently. I think staying in it will be a good idea. I'll mine it to the magic block and beyond. That is what the devs are waiting on to move on. Ok I just looked we are past the 50 per block. I will try to get in touch with the devs.
