Peercoin's original innovation is the proof-of-stake/proof-of-work hybrid system.

Mapofcoins lists COL (August 2013) as a derivative of AndroidsTokens (ADT) which was a derivative of Starcoin (STR) which was a derivative of Litecoin (LTC) which was a derivative of Tenebrix (TBX) Which was a derivative of Bitcoin (BTC). Peercoin (PPC) (August 2012) on the other hand is a derivative of Bitcoin (BTC).

BTC -> TBX - LTC - STR - ADT - COL
vs.
BTC -> PPC

Certainly you wouldn't think a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone of bitcoin, was somehow newer than a clone of bitcoin?

There were several users who neglected to leave their PMP wallet addresses and haven't signed up for the giveaway so we were unable to send their rewards.

Please check the list and if there is a red square next to your name, please MSG me with your PMP address.
You will need to update your client to see your coins. if you can't wait for the stable release (tonight or tomorrow) you can download the newest beta wallet. Make sure to backup your wallet and then delete your /roaming/PreminePlus folder. Alternatively just run the included .bat file.

Don't forget to sign up for the big giveaway in the launch thread!

I haven't received any reward yet? Sorry, didn't update my wallet. I only read 'unstable beta', so I thought I'll wait for the final release. Didn't notice you needed the new wallet to get the coins.

Also, I think the car dealer question is wrong. You could already buy a ford in april 2013, while the lamborghini was only in december 2013.

The question about anonymity as well. Anoncoin (ANC) was there already in october 2013.

And the distributed exchange. I though NXT introduced it before couterparty? I can't really find the release date of the NXT distributed exchange though.

because I didn't see incoming PMP to my wallet, although I only answer 8 questions correctly.
