I saw he is banned in bitcointalk. I'm sure he knows about tor and vpn, he can easily evade those country wide bans. |

I don't know where did you find this info, but bitcointalk.org and bitcoin itself aren't banned here. However, bitcoin.org and some other resourses are banned by the court's illegal order, which will be appealed of course, but the most of users even didn't noticed that.  |
