I have a few Questions to ask if you don't mind?  Can you make this with the coin Design showing? Like i mean you see how the letters are on the inside, Can they be on the outside? Can you make a size 4 1/4? or even 5? If so how much?

Unfortunately it is a completely different process to have the design showing on the outside. My rings are cold forged with a hammer.

To make a small ring of size 4 or 5 it would be made of a silver quarter instead of a half dollar.
