Oh, they'll just be pissed off for an hour or so and will soon get over it.

Might save some poor crypto-noobs house, or car, or family or even his/her entire future and would go a long way towards stopping BFL.

Spamming boards is NOT the way to do this. How about all of your spam posts being burned and buried within an hour?
As an admin of more than one website I submit that comment spam is a constant burden. Adding to it is reprehensible no matter the legitimacy of the cause.
