Hey, smells like BTCGarden miners reselling (4x310 for 1020USD w/o PSUs) - or is it your own developed miner or miner built on BlackArrow hasboards&chips ? thanks for honest reply.

    We also offer Housing Service:
    • Start Mining Same day we receive payment
    • Mining on your Wallet immeditely
Housing Service description via this link: http://miningforge.com/product/housing-of-your-coincraft-unit/
    [/list]
Prices are 299$/month for 1000W unit
Including Electricity, 24/7 maintenance, Rent, minimum contact 1 month Shippment immeditely if requested by customer.

Seems like 399USD/miner/month on your www site - so which is it ? 299 ? or 399 ? Anyway, are you willing to go down to 150-180USD/miner/month territory ? 299 is WAY OFF for 1kW miner Smiley

    - Also do you offer remote access (ssh/ssl) ?
    - what is min. availability per month you will honor ? 99%  or more/less?

    UPDATE:
We have corrently never recieved our X1-X2 Sample Miners from BlackArrow so we can only provide with IC's that we have personnaly bought from them.
We at present we do not wish to develop our own PCB using BlackArrow IC's due to Heat issues that we are afraid will take us too long to solve.
We deeply apologize for the misunderstanding about X2 CoinTerra and BlackArrowSoftware Sorry guys my mistake went too a bit too fast and made some mistakes ....  Huh been visiting too many IC factory and got messed up sorry again Guys.

    I am confused here:
    - so which hashboards and chips is your miner composed of ? BlackArrow ? Cointerra ?
    - so you buy hashboards from XX and put it together with Rpi&cables&case&PSU and sell it ?
    - does it support cgminer ? (stupid question I know)

thanks in advance for your reply!

Honnest Reply yes it is the same except BOM list Yes the product uses same IC's and follows same SCH and same Firmware just BOM list is not the same (BOM from Digikey).  we are working on our own board with 24 IC's per Board but it seems to have some issues with the firmware when it comes to mining on F2POOL.

The price is as off 299$ ( should update website... damn webdesigners Smiley  depending on how many miners let me explain:

Our Mining farm is in China as you may know or not in China you need to reserve your KW in advance and pay for them  whether you use them or NOT,

so if you are talking 1 miner No we won't go down to 180$ if you are talking 10-20 miners we can go down to that price,

For now we do not offer remot but if requested we can do it of course.

We have produced till now our selves A1 1T miner ourselves but IC's price are really not interesting since it seems Bitmine decided to sell miners themselves and in order not to break their own market give extremely high prices on IC's.

So I bought a 1.2 th miner on their website last night and today I get an email asking me to "retract my order" because paypal fees and shipping were not included in the price they had sold it to me for. I would think that in 2014 that a business that has a website would have that figured out. I have replied to that email and messaged OP here with no success to see if its possible to just pay the fees separate and I cannot get a response. Now I am going to have to go through the paypal resolution center just to "retract" this deal and I am sure I will get some response now. We will see.

We are in China,  you sent the email at around 2am our time so sorry we didn't answer,

Paypal fees are extremly high on paypal the take from us 5% commission than 5% again when converting fund from USD to HongKong Dollars, that's 10% fees, and there is the option on the website "FREE SHIPPING" or "International Shipping, why did you select free shipping?

Custome Declaration is up to the client we usually write "second hand desktops" value normally about 150$.

We usually use DHL to USA though sometimes FEDEX is a bit faster.

Shipping time should be between 3-6 days.

Grin hmm don't know was asking myself same question coz I'd sign also if I could deduct delivery and get it that price ...

No there is a certain logic delivery to the US is about 150$, FREE shipping means "I Come collect my unit myself or .. just ship to my forwarder or what ever" that doesn't concern us if we ship abroad there are delivery fees.

Free Shipping tends to mean something different to everyone else in the world, you should label it as " Available for Pickup"

What you are doing is confusing people into selecting this option and then asking them to "retract order" like user apollojmr earlier in this thread
