Free Shipping tends to mean something different to everyone else in the world, you should label it as " Available for Pickup"

What you are doing is confusing people into selecting this option and then asking them to "retract order" like user apollojmr earlier in this thread

That is exactly correct and I am still waiting for them to cancel my order via paypal and until they do I have to wait for my funds to be returned. I will not do business with them even if it drops to $899 including delivery.

What you think you become. Bitrated user: apollojmr.

Thank you for this anecdote. I will wait Smiley At $999 + $150 shipping, I'm tempted, but not if there are issues already.

Still a bit bitter with the way Bit-Tech screwed some of us with ~750GH/s-800GH/s rigs instead of their stated 950GH/s, and then disappeared Sad *grumbles*

We have allowed one customer paid via BTC FREE shipping regarding our mistake, via paypal we cannot due to FEES ...

Wait until feedback from him and judge by yourself....

They have tweaked all the issues with the website now it seems.

Personally i checked with them on skype if they had any of the "old" 4x310 sets left, they had 3 so ordered those.
Paid threw paypal, got tracking number quickly and package has left china.
