I have control over the escrow address and use address forwarding. All of the funds are in my hands and will be released to the developer when the IPO is distributed by me.
Do you actually check via identification certificates that at the very least the "dev" doesn't participate in the IPO?
Or do you just accept whatever from whoever, effectively allowing the "dev" to premine whatever % he wants from the IPO?

i think third IPO phase is too expensive. Why not to do bigger amount of parts with lower price? I like ESC, and think its have potential, and i wanna to participate, but not with so balooned shares. Anyone think the same, mates?
Please, make quantity of shares x5, and lower price. Or there is no way back?

Maidak, what are the conditions for releasing 22BTC to this developer? What stated goals must be met before you release the IPO to him/her?

He already said: "will be released to the developer when the IPO is distributed by me."
So basically - dev is under no obligation to do anything development-related at all to reap the fools' coins. Hope nobody falls for this crap.

what's an 'esport' because if you mean gaming there are already coins out for betting. Quit trying to scam by saying this is the first one.

I hate this IPO crap tbh :/ Dev can manupulate as much as he can. First he writes that cheapest shares are "sold out" (that's probably his part of coins), then people get greedy and buy more expensive shares...and more expensive... Dev now has a nice amount of BTC at hand which he can keep or even rent rigs for and additionally mine or just keep them...This is why such coins die as soon as they touch excahnges...Rinse & repeat...

I'd rather see some decent but not too greedy premine than IPO scheme...
