You'll need to be a lot more specific... if you want to buy a script someone will sell you one for less (in fact some may be open source?) but there is quite a bit of installing to be done, not mentioning marketing and driving traffic to the faucet. A small word of advice/warning: faucets are almost always unprofitable if you're hoping for ad revenue>faucet cost

What type of alt coin faucet were you thinking? I can do it for 0.09BTC if that helps.
