I can't loginto internet to update my Electrom wallet

On my Electrom wallet screen is a red blob in the bottom right corner.  I can't find a way to logon.  my internet connection is working fine for browsing etc.  Can somebody advise.  Thanks

Do you have a paper backup or any other backup with private keys of your wallet?

Try adding electum to firewall exception and/or your antivirus one.

Click on the red icon in the bottom right. In the window that pops up select another electrum server. Electrum servers are run by volunteers so sometimes they go down.
