How does buying a small ASIC device for dirt cheap sound? Now how about if the bitcoin you spent on that device went to a worthy charity instead of lining a manufacturers' pocket? Sounds good to me too! I have decided to auction off all of my older mining hardware and give all the money to charity, you can check it out here.

Here's a copy/paste from the first auction listing--

Quote
I finally found an S1 for a price I'm happy with so I will be turning off all of my older hardware. I was just going to put this hardware in boxes and store them away but I thought it might be a better idea to hold an auction and give the money to charity.

Here is a comprehensive list of everything I will be auctioning--

39 USB Block Erupters (35 black, 4 red, all with the original cases)
1 Blue Fury 2 Gh/s USB miner
8 BFL Jalapenos (5-6 Gh/s each with usb cables, no psu)
5 Klondike K16's (5 Gh/s each with usb cable)
2 Block Erupter Cubes

Rules
1. I will run 1 auction per week (7 days)
2. Highest bidder wins item
3. Shipping is not included
4. Item will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment
5. I agree to use escrow if you feel it's a must
6. All items are currently hashing away in good condition but I offer no warranty
7. No overclocks or mods have been performed on any item

Each auction will have a different charity which will receive the funds.

So what are you waiting for? Head over there now and get a device and the pleasure of knowing your bitcoin is helping make the world a better place.

Just a note for all beginners.

Participate in this auctions if you want to do something for charity.
Don't bid if you want to mine Bitcoins in order to make money.
These devices will never ROI.
