So I had a cheap Senty 500watt powering my two overclocked 5830s. It died after an hour or so. So I am in the market for a new Power supply that will handle two 5830s. I figure each one take about 200 watts, plus another 80-100watts for the CPU, RAM, and Motherboard. Thought a single +12V rail 600watt should do the trick. I was looking at this one for $60 on Newegg:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182200It has one 6pin, and one 6+2pin. That will be enough for one of my 5830s, so can I use my Molex/6pin converter cables that came with my other 5830 to power it? Or would I end up blowing something out again? Also is Rosewill any good? (they are owned by newegg)
