Pushing this idea one step further, the publicity should come with a purse prize or reward the leads non users to have or redeem free Bitcoins.

The dogecoin car was also considered largely successful in terms of the awareness it brought and its ROI according to what I've heard from a few doge enthusiasts... not sure how Bitcoin will benefit in the same way if I'm being honest.
